How the tablet offer works
Start on any plan — your first 30 days are free with no card. Once three monthly payments have cleared, a request form unlocks in Company settings under Plan and Payments.
Fill in the delivery name, address and postcode and send the request. We review every request by hand and ship approved ones directly to the garage. One tablet per garage.
You don't have to take it. It's there for the garages that want their technicians working off a screen in the bay instead of a clipboard on the wing.

Free tablet questions
When exactly does it unlock?
After three monthly subscription payments have cleared. The counter is shown on your billing page, so you can see where you are.
Is it automatic?
No. You request it and we approve it by hand. We only ship to garages that have asked for one.
Do I have to give it back if I cancel?
No. Once it's shipped it's yours.
Can I get more than one?
The offer is one per garage account. You can buy extra hardware from the MechanicX shop.
I'm still in contract with another provider — can I do both?
Yes. Take the contract-cover offer first, then the tablet counts from your first paid month.
