For the bay, not the back office
Digital job cards your technicians will actually fill in.
Parts, labour, photos, advisories and sign-off on a phone or tablet in the bay — then straight into the invoice. No clipboards, no oily paper, no unbilled hours.
30 days free. No card required. Cancel any time.
Paper job cards cost more than they look
A paper card gets rained on, left in a footwell, or handed in with two of the three labour lines written down. The office re-types what it can read and bills what it can prove. Every garage running paper has a quiet leak of labour hours and parts.
A digital job card closes it. The technician records the work as they do it, the photos back up the advisory, and the card converts into an invoice with the hours and parts already on it.
On every card
- Customer complaint, checks and findings
- Parts fitted, scanned off your stock
- Labour lines against the technician who did them
- Photo and video evidence of advisories
- Digital sign-off and full change history
What the worksheet does
One card per job
Complaint, cause, correction, parts and hours in one place — no second system to reconcile.
Photo evidence
Show the customer the worn pad rather than describing it. Photos stay on the vehicle history.
QR to worksheet
Print a QR on the card. Scanning opens the right worksheet on the technician's phone instantly.
Parts off the shelf
Scan stock labels and enter the quantity used — stock drops as the job is worked.
Sign-off per line
Each labour line is signed off by the technician who did it, which is what drives efficiency reporting.
Kept for next time
Completed cards stay on the vehicle record with advisories, so the next visit starts informed.

Job card questions, answered
What is a digital job card?
It is the workshop's record of one job, held on screen instead of on paper. The vehicle, the customer's complaint, the checks carried out, parts fitted, labour hours, photos, advisories and the technician's sign-off all live on the same card — and that card becomes the invoice.
Can technicians fill it in from a phone?
Yes. The worksheet is built for a phone or tablet in the bay. A technician can add labour lines, scan parts off the shelf, take photos of what they found, record advisories and sign the job off without walking back to the office PC.
How do QR codes work with job cards?
Every job card can be printed with a QR code. Scanning it opens that exact worksheet on the technician's phone, so the right card is in front of the right vehicle. Stock labels use the same idea — scan a part and enter the quantity to take it off the shelf.
Does the job card feed the invoice?
That is the point. Signed-off labour hours and the parts actually fitted carry straight through to the invoice, so nothing walks out of the workshop unbilled and nobody re-types a line.
Can I attach photos and customer authorisation?
Yes. Photos and videos sit on the card as evidence of what was found, and extra work can be sent to the customer as an estimate for approval before it is carried out.
Is the history kept for next time?
Every completed job card stays on the vehicle record, with the parts, hours, advisories and photos, so the next visit starts with the full story rather than a guess.
